Job Scope:
Handle general office administration, filing, documentation, and data entry
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and delivery orders
Update daily accounting records (AP/AR) in the accounting system
Assist in bank reconciliation, checking statements, and monitoring payments received/issued
Support month-end closing tasks and liaise with external accountants/auditors
Preference:
Fresh graduates encourage to apply. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role (added advantage)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite , particularly Excel and Words
Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (other languages are an advantage)
Qualification:
SPM, Diploma or Degree
