• Minimum basic degree in engineering / applied science  (Pre: metallurgical / material / chemical engineering, materials science)
• Operation of testing equipment
• Cooperative and able to work closely with various  production and maintenance teams
• Ability to work on own initiative & to meet objective & tight deadline under pressure
• Able and willing to work on shift
• Computer literate with experience in MS Excel, proficiency in CAD software
• Fluent in both oral and written in Mandarin, English and Malay Language
