Project Management:
Support project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to  ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Coordinate with multiple contractors and subcontractors to streamline project execution and minimize delays.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure quality control and adherence to engineering specifications.
Ensure contractors comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other engineers, to optimize project outcomes.
Provide technical guidance to contractors and address any engineering-related challenges during construction.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on bridge, road work, pipeline projects, or other infrastructure developments.
Experience working with multiple contractors and managing engineering deliverables across different teams.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in contractor management.
Ability to use Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with strong expertise in performing cut-and-fill analysis—major advantage for delivering accurate, efficient civil engineering.
