Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting functions, including accurate data entry and meticulous record maintenance.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports with notes to account.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, etc in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
- Effectively and efficiently work with tax agent, auditors, and all other relevant parties.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Part Professional Accounting qualifications or its equivalent.
- Have Accounting or Auditing background for 3 to 6 years.
- Experience in Construction and Property Development advantages.
- Able to work independently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.
