THE SPRING MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN BHD - 1. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE - GENERAL LEDGER (The Spring, Kuching), Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent, Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, Maintain and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
2. ADMIN EXECUTIVE (The Spring, Kuching), Diploma in Business Administration or related field, Minimum 2 years of administration working experience, Provide general administrative support including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
3. TECHNICIAN - BUILDING MAINTENANCE (The Spring, Kuching), Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Minimum 2 years working experience, Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works.
4. SECURITY PERSONNEL (The Spring, Kuching), Minimum SPM or equivalent, Previous experience as security / armed forces, To perform crime prevention duties through guard and patrol duties and CCTV surveillance monitoring.
5. CAR PARK ASSISTANT (The Spring, Kuching), Minimum SPM or equivalent, Previous experience as a cashier or in a related role, Operate and monitor car park equipment to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
