UNIFI INSTALLER - Kuching, Miri
Job Responsibilities
Install and activate Unifi broadband, fiber and related services customer premises.
Perform cable routing, fiber termination and equipment setup.
Troubleshoot connectivity and service issues.
Conduct site inspections and ensure installations meet company standards.
Provide basic customer guidance on using installed services.
Complete installation reports and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Telecommunications,  Networking or a related field from recognized institution (e.g., Politeknik, Kolej Komuniti, or  Vocational College).
Experienced in fiber optic installation, cabling, or networking is an added advantage.
Possess own transport and holding a valid Driving License (D); GDL is an added advantage.
Able to work at heights and perform outdoor fieldwork.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Excellent health and condition.
Good communication and customer service skills.
