COMPLIANCE OFFICER - 2 positions
Serian Region / Sg. Asap / Miri / Sabah (On Travelling Basis)
Responsibilities:
Conduct operational compliance audits and site inspections. 
Identify non-compliance, operational risks, and control weaknesses. 
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions. 
Monitor and follow up on the closure of audit findings. 
Maintain proper compliance documentation and records. 
Willing to be based in the estate or mill. Accommodation will be provided. 
Requirements: 
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Agriculture or related field.
Experience in compliance, internal audit, or operational monitoring for at least 2 years.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
