
ACCOUNT ASSISTANT/ACCOUNT OFFICER 5th Mile,Kuching
Responsibilities
Handle full set of account(AP,AR,GL).
Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
Monitor cash flow,bank reconciliation, and financial transactions.
Process supplier payments and staff claim.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Day -to-day accounting operation activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Liase with auditor, tax agents, bankers, and authorities (e.g.LHDN,SST).
Maintain proper documentation and filling of financial records.
Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting,Finance,or related field
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Able to handle full set accounts with minimum supervision
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g Autocount)
Good understanding of Malaysia tax regulations & SST
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
