ADMIN ASSISTANT (PROTÉGÉ) - Kuching (HQ)
Job Description:
Assist in daily administrative and office operations.
Prepare, organize and maintain company documents and records.
Handle data entry, filing and document submission.
Assist in preparing reports, letters and correspondence.
Support coordination of meetings, interviews and appointments.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails when required.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail oriented and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
