OUTLET CONTROLLER

OUTLET CONTROLLER - Kuching
RESPONSIBILITES:-
Reporting to Senior Operations Manager.
Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision and operations management of retails outlets including sales,   stock and resources.
To recruit, trains, supervise Outlet Supervisors and appraising staff.
Managing retail outlet budgeting as and when required.
Maintaining statistical record and to analyze the financial loss and profit of each outlet on a weekly/ monthly basis.
Overseeing stock pricing and stock control.
Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets for individual retail outlet.
Ensuring all retail outlets are in compliances with current Company’s practices.
Preparing promotional materials and displays in the guidance and by the approval of Superior.
To identify new prospective locations for retail outlet business expansion.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Economics or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experiences in related field of which at least 2 years in Executive/Supervisory position.
Language proficiency: native or near-native Mandarin, fluent English, and strong Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to work under tight work schedule and able to multitask as when required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
Analytical and organized with good time management, implementation, budgeting and work delegation skills.
Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to relocate.
