SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Kuching
RESPONSIBILITES:-
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and financial reports (G&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement & etc) to   the Finance Manager.
Prepare variance analysis, monitor key accounts elements and extract/compile accounting date efficiently.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate, and immediately available when needed.
To liaise with external auditor, tax agent, government body and bankers.
Provide support for audits and preparing tax returns tax filings ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
Ensure financial compliance with all statutory requirements including MPERS and companies Act.
Performing other accounting duties as assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years of working experience. Supervisory experience in an   accounting capacity is strongly preferred.
Experiences in retail, manufacturing or agriculture industry will be added advantages.
Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in accounting system (AutoCount preferred) and Microsoft
