OPERATION SUPERVISOR

OPERATION SUPERVISOR - Batu Kitang, Kuching
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience.
Experience in operations or production supervision is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently or in a team

Job scope
Supervise daily operations and production activities
Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics teams
Monitor stock, quality control, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare basic reports and updates for management
