Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and costing reports.
Perform accounts payable and receivable task, including invoicing, verifying, coding and preparing reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and up to date financial records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as and when needed, including filing and organizing documents.
Any other duties and administrative works assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Book Keeping Certificate, LCCI, CAT, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software is an added advantage.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-discipline with positive work ethics
