
ADMIN / ACCOUNT CLERK- Kuching, Sarawak
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Basic computer literacy, familiar in Microsoft Excel and Word
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties data entry, invoicing, monthly payment report and related documents.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Assist with month-end closing and basic financial report
Able to use UBS Accounting System
Liaise with company accountant / auditor on yearly accounts and statutory matters
Assist with general office tasks assigned by management.
